What qualifications do I need to have?
We are looking for individuals who have:
Strong communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility & accountability
Alignment with our core values
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Compassion, empathy, and a desire to serve others
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver License Preferred
What is the pay?
Our caregivers make between $16-$20 with opportunity to earn more. Wage is based on experience and qualifications.
What are my job responsibilities?
Caregivers make scheduled visits to client homes, where they provide supportive care to the person in need. Depending on your qualifications, you may be asked to perform a range of tasks including:
