    Our promise

    The Golden Rules.

Ten rules every Golden Age caregiver lives by. A little playful, because joy belongs in care. Taken completely seriously.

    1. Thou shalt arrive early.

On time is late. Early is golden. If anything changes, the family hears from us before the shift, not after.

    2. Thou shalt remember whose home it is.

We're guests, never roommates. Your routines, your rules, your way of folding the towels.

    3. Thou shalt put the phone away.

The only screen time is a video call with the grandkids. Personal phones stay tucked away, except for care updates and emergencies.

    4. Thou shalt be cordial, never demanding.

We bring help, not a list of needs. Our caregivers never ask clients for favors, money, meals, rides or schedule changes. Those conversations go through the office, so the home stays peaceful.

    5. Thou shalt ask, then remember.

Coffee strength, TV volume, bath-day preferences. We ask once, write it down, and get it right every time after.

    6. Thou shalt guard their dignity.

Personal care happens with privacy, patience and choice. Their pace, their say, their way.

    7. Thou shalt love a good story, even the third time.

Every story deserves a great audience. Companionship isn't an add-on; it's the heart of the job.

    8. Thou shalt never leave the family guessing.

Clear notes after every visit, and any change in mood, appetite or mobility goes to the office the same day.

    9. Thou shalt leave it better than you found it.

Dishes done, counters wiped, and the next caregiver fully briefed, so nobody starts from scratch.

    10. Thou shalt bring the sunshine.

Kindness is in the job description. A warm hello, a real laugh and a calm presence on the hard days.
