The Golden Age Companions® Text Program is operated by Golden Age Care Group LLC dba Golden Age Companions. Affiliated program messaging for Home Care Agency Blueprint may also be sent under this program when you opt in.

• Website or care request forms that include SMS consent language
• Caregiver onboarding that includes SMS consent language
• Verbal or written consent
• Facebook, Instagram, or other lead forms that include SMS consent language

Message types may include care consultation follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling and shift updates, service updates, account/operational notices, and (only if you separately opt in) marketing or educational messages related to our home care services and affiliated programs operated by Golden Age Care Group LLC, including Home Care Agency Blueprint.
